It's winter! Get out a least once a day and take a walk. Will do wonders for your mental health. Some ideas? In the east, Fort Worden is always a welcome walk. Near Sequim, try Dungeness Spit. To the west, Whiskey Creek. Or the upper reaches of the Elwha.
